In the NEN 3140/NEN 3840 Skilled Person Low and High Voltage (LV/HV) course from RelyOn Quercus, you will learn how to prevent electrical hazards. A Skilled Person regularly performs electrical and non-electrical work on or near high- and low-voltage installations under the supervision of a Work Supervisor.

The NEN 3140 and NEN 3840 professional competence course is intended for employees who, as part of their job, perform electrical work on or near high- and low-voltage installations.
To follow the LS/HS course, you must have completed level 2 of the Vocational Education Act (Wet Educatie Beroepsonderwijs) in electrical engineering. This level corresponds to a lower level of electrical engineering education (lbo/lts-e), but can also be achieved with sufficient knowledge and experience from practice.
The course lasts six days and consists of both theory and practice. The exams take place on a separate day.
